About us
Let AI operate your infrastructure. Under your control.
AlpacaX builds Alpacon—AI-native PAM with an execution control layer at its core. Access management decides who gets in; Alpacon governs what AI agents and people actually execute once they are inside.
Our story
AlpacaX was founded in 2022 by Eunyoung Jeong, creator of the mTCP network stack, and Jeeun Lee, a quantum-safe cryptography researcher—engineers who had spent years running and securing production systems and wanted a better tool for their own servers (the name did come from an afternoon with actual alpacas). The first product was Alpacon: server access in a browser, with recording built in. Then AI agents started operating infrastructure, and the hard question moved from who gets in to what gets executed. Alpacon grew into the answer—an execution control layer that judges the commands agents run before they reach the host, with every Websh and command session recorded.

Our mission and vision
AI agents are too powerful for sandboxes and too dangerous without governance. Our mission is to let teams hand real infrastructure to AI safely: every session bounded by what it is for, agent commands judged before they reach the host, and everything that happened on one timeline afterwards. Access management answers who got in. We answer what happened next.
